On September 28, 2020, the exchange meeting for new Graduate students was held in The Report Hall of Xiuyun Building, in order to improve the admission education of new graduate students and promote them to integrate into the Institute of Innovation Ecology as soon as possible.

Guo Rong gave an overall introduction of the institute in terms of discipline overview, the general situation of the Institute, faculty, postgraduate education, advantages analysis.

Ru Dafu talked about the class construction, shared the experience of scientific research, and hoped that the new Graduate students could make good academic planning, make full use of the learning platform and resources of the school, aim at the academic frontier and hot trends, and carry out ecological research.

Zhang Hai-juan explained the public experimental platform instruments and use process, emphasizes the laboratory safety, daily behavior standards, hopes to comply with all kinds of new rules and regulations, pay attention to the etiquette etiquette, attach importance to laboratory safety, pay attention to the study room, laboratory, public areas, actively participate in collective activity to enrich graduate life.

At the meeting, in order to strengthen the management and construction of the class and deepen the understanding  among the class members, the freshmen introduced themselves from the aspects of undergraduate school, research direction, interests and hobbies. At the same time, the institute has prepared a gift for each new student, hoping that the new students will inject innovative vitality into the institute and promote the new development of the institute.
