In order to further strengthen the warning education, enhance teachers wareness of morality, enhance their scientific research capabilities, on November 30, 2021, an online education conference was held at the Institute of Innovation Ecology, Lanzhou University.

A total of 29 teachers participated in the meeting, which was presided over by Liu Jianquan, Dean of the      Institute.

The meeting included: Teacher ethics education, Characteristics of students in the new era, the role of young teachers in postgraduate education, how to cultivate students, the relationship between tutors and students. Tutors were required to cultivate teachers' ethics, constantly improve their professional ability, respect students' personality independence and labor achievements, increase in-depth communication, and try their best to help and guide students.
